Materials Recovery Facilities


In partnership with Mole Valley District Council, Grundon's unique Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) by the M25 on land behind the civic amenity sites at Randalls Road in Leatherhead and is capable of processing 40,000 tonnes of recycled waste a year.

Grundon designed, built and will operate the £4million Leatherhead site, which can recycle up to 40,000 tonnes of waste a year, on behalf of Mole Valley District Council. Biffa Waste Management empty the green and black wheeled bins from households and delivers the recyclable material to Randalls Rd on behalf of the Council.
