Have you responded to your Annual Canvass form?
Our canvassers will be visiting properties that have not responded from 22 September. To avoid a visit, please respond as soon as possible using the instructions on the form.
To ensure our register of electors is up to date and everyone who is entitled to vote in Mole Valley is registered, we undertake an audit or "canvass" of our register each year.
This will begin in July and continue through to November in readiness for publication of the revised register of electors on 1 December 2017.
Once you have received your household enquiry form, please return it to us as soon as possible to avoid reminder forms and a canvasser having to visit your home.
If you have received a letter inviting you to register to vote, it's important you take action now in order to complete your registration and be able to vote in future elections.
